In order to receive your free Maui Luau tickets for participating in this promotion, guests must complete an informative 90-120 minute presentation and meet the following guidelines. Please confirm all statements by checking off the appropriate box:

I am MARRIED. My spouse will be attending the orientation.

I am NOT MARRIED. I will be attending on my own.

(both attendees must show ID's with matching addresses)

I understand I will be permitted only one (1) visit to the resort per year.
