Weddings on Maui are very popular (nearly 128,000 ceremonies performed each year) and we receive 8-14 inquiries average a day, so please give us a business day to respond.

(we will use your "alternate-date" only if necessary).

PMW= Paradise Maui Weddings

To secure our services in providing your wedding, we require a non refundable Reservation Deposit to be equal to one third (1/3) of the listed Fee and 50% for the Paradise Maui Reception package at the time of your reservation. Only for the HIBISCUS package please pay in full at this time. The Reservation Deposit shall be deducted from the Fee, the balance of which shall be payable fourtyfive (45) days prior to event. Mark your calendar. NO REMINDERS ARE SENT. PMW will grant no refunds for weddings cancelled on or before Holidays, including 08/08/08, 09/09/09 New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and Sunrise weddings. If cancellation is received less that 30 days prior to the ceremony all monies received by PMW are forfeited.

Beach policies: The DLNR , and the county requires a Beach Wedding Permit fee of a minimum of $50.  We will obtain this for you on your behalf.

If your Wedding is for the Year 2009, 2010 a minimum deposit of 50% is required. If your booking is within 45 days or less of your wedding date, then the full amount is due now.

The clients, (wedding couple), shall assume any and all responsibility for themselves and their guests with respect to alcoholic beverages consumed at their wedding. The clients shall hold PMW, and it’s subsidiaries, independent and sub- contractors harmless of any and all liability with respect to injury or death, for any reason, during, or at any time following their ceremony.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. Rates are subject to change. PMW all its contractors shall not be held liable for non-compliance caused by acts of God, failure of transportation or equipment or by similar nature beyond reasonable control. In the event of rescheduling due to rain or other unforseen circumstances, client agrees to accept additional costs including but not limited to flower, cake and catering expenses. PMW reserves the right to use negatives and/or reproductions for display, publication or other purposes.

from our wedding coordinator confirming the date and package price within 24 hours.
Wedding reservations with extras could take up to two business days as we must confirm
prices/dates with outside vendors. We ask for your patience in such cases.
